Women's History Month is around the corner - are you ready?

It is that time of year - and as a women owned business, we're especially excited for Women's History Month!

Here are three diverse options that beautifully meet the theme of Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

Dr. Nadine Naber, Award Winning Professor and Author

It’s Complicated: Women’s History

Dr. Naber understands what happens when we celebrate women’s history as if all women are the same. We ignore the experiences of women of color and their diverse experiences, and we misunderstand relevant and necessary history that informs our world and workplace. For example, many people are unaware that women’s suffrage did not include all women; Black and indigenous women were excluded from voting rights. Through the inspiring stories of diverse women of color trailblazers–in sports, pop culture, government, and medicine, Dr. Naber will help audiences understand how women of color have persevered through racism and sexism in order to thrive and succeed. Audiences will better understand how to honor women’s diverse histories, and how to fully recognize all of the women around us in our daily lives. Learn more about Dr. Naber's talks here.

Jennifer Hamady, Voice and Self Expression Expert, Author, and Board Certified Psychotherapist

Voice and Self Expression

Jennifer offers interactive online workshops for both women and men that are focused on what limits us in using our voices and how we can try on techniques to support authentic self expression, whether it be at work or in other areas of life. She has been called the Voice Whisperer for a reason - she gets to the heart of what is limiting our voices with trust and clarity, empowering participants in record time. Her workshops are skill oriented and highly illuminating for all who listen in, whether they intend to speak up or not in a shared space. Perhaps a female past client says it best: “Jennifer was the highlight of our event, and year. It is rare to see someone so talented and powerful also bring such warmth and tenderness to the table. And to so effectively connect and communicate with an audience. We all were left in awe and transformed.”. Her workshops can be exclusively offered by gender identitty. Jennifer also specializes in workshops for People of Color. Learn more about Jennifer's offerings here.

Hello! Want to know what Fiddleheads (a plant!) and hurricanes have to do with Jewish American Heritage Month?I'm a little late for April Fool's Day - but the answer is "Nothing that I'm aware of!" - except that they both landed in this email. ;) (I know....you're quietly telling me to keep my day job and skip the humor. LOL! So back to that...) I read two very cool articles this week - one on fiddleheads and the other related to a hurricane. Check them out here: 1) Have you eaten...

Who else is blown away by the power of AI while simultaneously being freaked out by it? (My hand is raised!) My days are now full of AI powered meeting notes landing in my inbox after zoom meetings. I'm amazed, but also wonder what human experience is being lost in the process. Do you think about how to harness the power of AI, yet still take the best of what humans have to offer to craft an ideal interaction with customers? If so, you'll be excited to hear that we have a new AI talk for you...

I'm surely excited about Women's History Month! Women’s History Month is an annual observance in March to recognize the accomplishments, contributions, and historical significance of women. It also encourages reflection on the progress made in gender equality while acknowledging the ongoing challenges women face worldwide. Good news! We are highlighting four speakers for this month's celebration. We have added a new talk to recognize that 47% of women in the US workforce are mothers (who...
